How we display your shipping costs

We aim to provide fair and transparent shipping costs so customers see exactly what they will pay before purchasing. Shipping is calculated as soon as goods are placed in the Cart.

UK Customers

As most pants are priced at around £32.00 each our default shipping option is Royal Mails 'Tracked' service and same-day-dispatch for orders processed prior to 17:00 GMT daily Monday to Friday.  You will be issued with a Tracking Number but will not need to sign for delivery.

For customers selecting Royal Mail First Class Service:
According to Royal Mail's own statistics 95% of Royal Mail First Class parcels arrive the next working day. While we cannot be held responsible for the actual delivery of your goods once they enter the Royal Mail service we will ship rapidly, check for an accurate shipping address etc. 
Although Royal Mail do not classify mail  as late until a full 15 working days from the shipping date there is a reasonable expectation you should receive your goods the next working day.

if you are unsure we strongly recommend the Royal Mail Tracked Service. 

International Customers

We have shipped to 70 countries worldwide so we are familiar with all the typical problems that can occur and have taken steps to reduce these.

The customer choosed the shipment method and these are based on a combination of speed, price,risk and security.

We provide international airmail but you can also choose Airsure (depending on destination  country) or International Signed For. Airsure has a tracking number and is typically one to two days faster than international airmail. Again, sensible caveats apply. Once it enters the international mail system neither us nor you will know where it is; using International Signed or Airsure provides a Tracking Number and suitable compensation in the event of a carrier non-delivery.

If you are unsure we strongly recommend International Signed For.

How delivery problems occur

• Wrong Postcode with correct address.
• Correct Postcode with incorrect address
• Their address registered on Paypal does not reflect their current address.
• Mix-ups between Shipping Address and Billing address. 
• Post boxes, student addresses, multiple flats in same physical address.
• Delivery to a work address mailroom or reception.
• Combination of peak periods and temporary post office staff e.g. Christmas.
