Our Packaging.

We are sensitive to your privacy and offer a discrete delivery service.
Your goods will be delivered in an anonymous cardboard outer approx 36cm x 5cm x 30cm (depending on quantity). Our cardboard packaging is the same manufacturer used by Amazon so you can be sure that your package will arrive in good condition. If you want it to fit through a letter box please email us and we can fold the inner cardboard packaging to ensure that it fits. Our company name is not shown on the return address. Customs labels will use the generic description 'underwear'.

Shipping charges and expectations.

We aim to provide fair and transparent shipping costs so customers see exactly what they will pay before purchasing. Shipping options are visible at anytime by clicking View Cart. The various shipping options are available based on your chosen criteria of speed, security and cost.

For Channel Islands Customers

Please not that Channel Islands mail is inspected by HM Customs and can be delayed. We are obliged to put a customs declaration on the outside of the packet.

UK Customers using our Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Service

A tracking number will be issued and visible at http://track2.royalmail.com. Your delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next day. You will need to sign for the delivery upon receipt unless you make other arrangements with your postman.

UK Customers using our Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service

Delivery expectation within 24 hours for all but Highlands and Islands of Scotland. This is not a guaranteed 24 hr service, however you can see the shipment time of the first track-point and see confirm that we did ship promptly. You may need to sign for your your order (typically 2 x briefs or more).  We provide a Tracking Number that is tracked at typically 4 points in the delivery process:

1) Entering the UK mail system.
2) Leaving the UK.
3) Arriving at the destination country entry point.
4) Signed For date and time.

UK Customers using our Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service

Approximately 48 hours for all but Highlands and Islands of Scotland. The 48Hr service is an expectation not a guarantee.
We provide a Tracking Number that is tracked at typically 4 points in the delivery process:

2) Arriving at the outbound Mail-Centre.
3) Arriving at theinbound Mail-Centre.
4) Signed For date and time / delivery.

 Using our Royal Mail International Tracked / SIgned Service

We provide a Royal Mail International tracking service to destination countries that have a reciprocal agreement with Royal Mail. A tracking number will be issued and visible at http://track2.royalmail.com Actual delivery times will vary widely depending on the destination country so it is difficult to predict how long a parcel will take however it will typically be 1-2 days shorter than standard international airmail. Your tracking number will be valid throughout the transit time, although track points are sometimes limited.

2) Leaving the UK.
3) Arriving at the destination country entry point.
4) Signed For date and time.

Using our Interparcel Service

A tracking number (also called Consignment number)  is issued and visible at http://www.interparcel.com/  Actual delivery times will vary widely depending on the destination country so it is difficult to predict how long a parcel will take however it wil typically be 2-3 working days in total worldwide. Interpost will normally feed into either a DHL or Fedex network at the delivery country. However your tracking number will be valid and updated throughout the journey.
