Orione Hernia Briefs are manufactured in Collegno, northern Italy, an area of Italy with a strong clothing manufacturing pedigree. The factory is ISO 9001 quality standard and borne out by our own customer feedback. To date, we have zero manufacturing defects reported by our customers, an amazing level of quality. We have feedback from happy customers who tell us that they work and part of this success is the careful manufacturing process.

Watch the video and you can see that although some processes are automated, most stitching and all finishing and packaging is still done by hand to ensure that the garment that you wear is a high-quality, perfect fit.
