Delivery and Returns
Products are typically shipped the same day that they are ordered up to 3 pm GMT daily Monday to Friday.
We use 'Royal Mail Tracked 24/48' which provides full visibility of the goods from door-to-door. For our international customers we encourage you to use 'International Tracked' which again provide some degree of location of the package throughout its journey to you.
In the unlikely event of a package not arriving Royal Mail will not consider it 'lost' until 15+ working days have elapsed, at which point we can investigate. If it is returned to us as 'undelivered' we will contact you.
Your privacy : All goods are shipped in plain, opaque envelopes and no markings on the envelope identify the package sender or contents.
For hygiene reasons underwear is NOT eligible for return and is considered final sale.
- We accept returns for manufacturers defect (which is highly unlikely from an ISO 9001 factory) or picking errors on our part.
- Items returned for refund must be shipped within 9 working days of receipt.
(See 'The goods you cant return' section of the UK Consumer Contract Regulations). We enforce these hygiene rules strictly as a condition of sale. If you are in any doubt about this or need help with sizing we will do our best to advise prior to purchase.
Please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorisation will not be eligible for return.
