Returns and Faults
Return Authorisation Request
We require you to submit a Returns Authorisation Request before we consider a refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns made for reasons other than defect or picking error
Items returned for refund must be shipped within 9 working days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons underwear is not eligible for return and is considered final sale.

If you return any goods under this 9 day policy:
(a) we will inspect the condition of all returns before authorising a refund or exchange and may refuse to issue a refund or offer an exchange or we may instead issue a partial refund if goods have been worn, damaged, are not in their original packaging or otherwise not in a re-saleable condition (ownership and risk of loss and damage to products will pass to us on delivery of those products to us);
(b) we will not refund any delivery charges you have paid on your order.
